By accessing sofiascales.com or purchasing any Scale Up program from The Digital Plug LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

We provide educational training, coaching calls, templates and access to a private member community covering personal branding and client acquisition. Program content and delivery may be updated over time. We are not a marketing agency and do not perform client work on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Information you give us in an application or at checkout must be accurate and current.

Fees, billing intervals and any refund terms are disclosed before purchase and in your purchase agreement. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access.

We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, client volume or other outcome. Results shown on our sites are the experiences of particular individuals and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, skill, offer and market conditions.

You agree not to misuse the site or community: no harassment, spam, unlawful activity, scraping, attempts to breach security, or sharing your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

All course materials, recordings, templates, presets and site content are owned by The Digital Plug LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use within your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Digital Plug LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance.
