We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, business details and the answers you provide on our application form, along with payment information processed by our payment providers. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit.

We use personal information to review applications, schedule and conduct calls, deliver the program and its community, provide support, process payments, keep records required by law, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

You may opt in to SMS by checking a required consent box on the application form at sofiascales.com/apply. Checking that box is how you give express written consent to receive text messages from us; SMS consent is not a condition of applying to or purchasing our program, and you can complete an application without agreeing to receive text messages.

Messages we send relate to your application status, scheduled calls, reminders, customer care and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@thedigitalplug.com.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we delete such information if we learn we have collected it.
